I couldn't agree more

this whole thing is totally mental.

We have to ask ourselves exactly why it's taken until a few days before we leave to try and define how exactly we want to do that, and why the tories are now trying their best to rush through a razor-thin advisory referendum result and constantly referring to it as the will of the people.

Anyone even remotely sensible would slow the process down as much as possible to ensure whatever decision was made was as informed as possible.

All they've done is undermine confidence in politics and parliament even more
