On State Aid it's quite likely that anything other than No Deal would rule any change to that out, so we can keep trading with the EU without distorting things. There's also the question of workers' rights which often come more from the EU than the UK: again anything other than no deal will almost certainly include commitment not to enter a race to the bottom on workers' rights, but it's unlikely that we'd gold-plate the EU regs either on that.
