What a great way to start your weekend.... Bring your family down or pop down yourself its a great way to socialise and also get out in the beautiful spring weather!

We have all our Cafe Rides running this week!!

The rides are led by an experienced rider and fully supported with mechanical (and rider!) recovery for peace of mind so they are a brilliant way to take the next step on from ParkPedal when you feel you are ready.


The rides leave ParkPedal HQ at Whitlingham Visitor Barn. There is no charge and you can book a free loan bike for your first few rides. It could not be easier.

We just ask that you register once and then check-in before each ride. After you have registered, just like ParkPedal, we will offer you a Cafe Ride card and when it is full of 10 ride stickers you will be awarded your 10th ride prize:-) Happy days.

Choose from one of three rides:

9:00am - Regulars ride, 25-30 miles, averaging 15-17mph with a cafe stop for something nice

9:30am - Improvers ride, 15-20 miles, averaging about 13-15mph with a cafe stop for some suitable refreshment

10:30am - Beginners ride, 8-13 miles, riding at a steady pace returning within an hour for coffee and cake.

Please arrive a few minutes early and check-in at ParkPedal HQ and meet your fellow riders and ride leader.
