and proved it by leaving to join Blair Labourites. Teresa May was the Home Secretary who kept promising to reduce numbers and failed due to EU law. So in some ways Soubury is correct but that has nothing to do with a referendum that asked in/out.
Really cant be bothered to argue with you SCC nice chap that you are. But your posting the last few days has along with others been a little OTT and I love WOTB too much to put up with the bullying crap that goes on.
The whole 52v48 "what was written on the bus?" has been done to death. For the final time, the Brexit out vote was primarily about kicking the Blair/Cameroons in the proverbials who actively encouraged large numbers to enter the UK on low wages backed by big multinational corporates. This left many who had already suffered under austerity caused by incompetent Blair and actioned by equally incompetent Cameroon to question who was governing them and looking after their interests. They effectively became disenfranchised by all mainstream parties. Brexit was cross party. You are still arguing from a left liberal standpoint which repeats the same soundbites over and over again. I like many just want it over with...... just like the political arguments on WOTB which is generally 90% left versus 10% right. Debate has stopped happening because of the way you approach thr debate and the verbal abuse you decend too. Hope you will read and accept a differing view but not holding out much hope.
