I think her "red lines" are Britain withdrawing from the EU

It's not our fault the EU decided to incorporate every system under a political union.

Therefore to leave the political union you must leave every system associated with it.

Unless you decide to participate and therefore you must pay for entry and also be subject to EU rules.
