Sorry for being dim but Labour can abstain and mv3 passes?

Is that right? It's a bit early and coffee hasn't kicked in fully. If Bercow unblocks mv3 and we have another vote in it, does it pass if labour abstain?

Are there more pro mv3 Tories than anti mv3 Tories + SNP + TIG + Soubry etc.
