No it’s a half an hour from me. Yes it seems he is arrested. Appears to have been a so

called “honour killing” and he also shot anybody who tried to help the victim. But am sure the full story will come out.

Apparently lots of previous including shooting at a flat in the same area and was on trial for rape only two weeks ago. Also fought in Chechnya. Had been interviewed before and released.
