If the EU know May's deal is ruled out, so it is a straight choice between a50 extension and no deal, I wonder what conditions they will put on the extension.

39 Billion up front, Joint Spanish-UK government of Gibraltar, a promise not to resubmit a50 for 5 years, no participation in the upcoming EU election and also Larry the cat needs to renamed Heinrich? Where are we if commons reject that?

Just as the Sheffield United win against Leeds made it simultaneously more likely that we would be champions and not promoted - need Norwich link ;-) - this seems to simultaneously make remain and no deal more likely.

Its a total shambles....
