We should all take time out for ourselves

An hours happiness a day - walking the dog, listen to music, a relaxing candlelit bath, massage, canoeing - whatever makes you happy - make time for it in your busy schedules

If you are feeling down physical excercise is proven to help and make sure you confide in someone you trust and can support you
