Cheers Tress, it is hard work isn't it.

Apparently I've chipped a bit of my bone at the knee joint causing me aggro. Worst case it doesn't work and I need a 'proper' op. I know a couple of my roofing mates who have had hip ops - seems common in my line of work. Time wise its OK just taken a bit of time to get a diagnosis cause physio thought it was soft tissue for a couple of months but xray said otherwise.
