lot's of things in that opinion surprise me

I'm not sure a number of the conclusions are supported by the text of the three documents. eg the assertion that 'time is of the essence' in the negotiations. That is plucked entirely out of the realm of 'this is what I meant it to say'.

It's the sort of opinion you write when you are trying to polish a turd and trying to pretend you got a better deal than you did.
