and what he's done is set out the risks which need to be balanced but his fundamental conclusion will sink it because you cannot remove that risk unless the EU is prepared to agree a longstop or an exit mechanism from the backstop which it won't.
We are at the point now where, as a leaver, I would rather stay in than leave on any of the softer brexit models being promoted which are a waste of time and just leave us beholden to the EU. If thus gets knocked back then for me its either leave on WTO terms or stay in and if we have ti have a second referendum to decide between the 3 options then so be it.
