Haggle them up

£8 will be their standard basic Distress & Inconvenience figure. There will probably be a slightly higher figure if you push it.

There will be a higher figure again for really pushy/irritating complainants where you just want them to f**k off with their ranty emails. Might need a lot of effort to get to that point though.
