I absolutely get the loyalty point and respect him for it

Godfrey said recently that it meant a lot to the players to know that if they get in the team and play well then he will keep faith with them.

But for me is very clear that we play better and the midfield looks a lot better with Vrancic or Leitner in there and surely at some point you need to just play your best team don’t you? Mclean has had a run and still has a role to play.

I don’t agree with the suggestion you don’t change it til you are two down against Hull. That would be reactive and there is no guarantee we could come back (just as I appreciate there’s no guarantee we will go two down!) the way Swansea caused us problems in midfield was fairly predictable looking at how we played at Millwall where we never really had complete control of the game and we now have two games back to back so I hope that gives Farke the excuse to make a change.
