guess might work OK if it's just moments like that. Bigger issue is what to do when a player handles the ball accidentally when they're defending, I think. People seem to demand penalties - especially after they've seen super-slo-mo replays etc - but sometimes seems unfair to me. I think it's a really tough rule to design and implement well.
