Badger watch (2)

following my dusk sighting of a badger down my street the other day I've tracked down the Badger's Sett about a klick away from my house (620 paces = 1 km). Found an entire Badger's lower mandible and part of the skull nearby, my detailed research (googling thereof) reveals that Badger's Setts are normally populated with around 25-30 animals and the Sett is a network of tunnels that can cover 300-500 metres. They have a "patch" of about 500 metres which tallies in with the location I saw the lone ranger. I am going to bung up a camera trap tomorrow to continue my Bob Fleming activities.
