Pint of tea with milk at 4pm

Get home, eat a rice cake (salt and vinegar or marmite) and some celery to keep wolf from door

Have either one of these User Posted Link and a stack of veg or fry some prawns in chilli oil and a stack of veg. The veg is the key because it fills you up and is healthy and tastes good for low calories.

Then eat a couple of apples, run out of kitchen and drink half a bottle of wine and a large whisky or two to cheer yourself up (this is genuinely what I do, seems to be working!)
