The only diet I really did was before my wedding, flippin heck it worked

but probably was more about loosing fluid. It was pretty severe and was often know as the British Heart Foundation diet and consisted of things like crackers, beetroot and, errr that's about it. Now I'm not particularly fat but I lost about 1.5 stone in a couple of months, only to put it on again. No exercise was done.
