IF we go up I think we will largely hang on to our crown jewels

of whom he is certainly one. If we don't, expect most if not all to be elsewhere next term. Webber will have a plan for failing to go up (as it was the default assumption at the start of the season anyway: we're doing much better than anyone including us ever thought) - let's hope it's as successful as his other plans have (so far) proved.
