I was there!

Very moving actually. I met Tony a couple of weeks ago, just after the flypast had been announced, while I was running in the park and he was, as usual, tending to the war memorial. He's an incredible man, entirely without ego about this while thing, and he'll be back on Monday tidying the fallen leaves off the memorial, and the next day, and the next.
