Each year when new guys join the team, I think of that and realise I must look utterly institutionalised and decrepit to them...

Heheh. Tho with the current retirement age I've still got around 25 years to go.... So not even halfway yet. Would be surprised if I'm still there then, but never expected to do two decades... So who knows...
