What is a consistent prem club, and what is their lot?

The astonishing achievement of Leicester aside, and i wouldnt even describe them as consistent, the gap between the top 6 and the rest of the league is incredible.

Everton are probably as a consistent a premier league team as you can find outside of the very top, yet they are.much bigger than us and spending vast sums of money to be there.

And would I swap our all action journey over the last 10 years for their best-we-can-aim-for-is-7th?
