Their laptops are a shower of s**te. They make very good top spec laptops for high-end users, but outsource the consumer types to secondary manufacturers, with the inevitable loss of quality.

Most manufacturers are probably the same, but I've found all the Toshibas I've come across to be particularly dire. Wish I hadn't bought this one, had no end of problems with it.
