If you listened to the Webber interview you'd have heard him address the fact that our U-23s will probably never be successful with our current model because we want the most promising ones to be playing, whether that be in the first team (Godfrey, Cantwell, Aarons, Lewis, Thompson) or on loan (without looking probably around 8 of the 14 you mention)
