Thing is, gambling is installed in kids now through the games they play. Think about the player packs in FIFA, for example. Kids spend money on "Fifa Points" which they then turn in for packs, in the hope of finding a Messi or Ronaldo, but more often than not ending up with a Luke Chambers.
In other games they buy loot boxes which also give them a random chance of getting things / characters / guns / skins. It's installed in them that they need to get lucky. And gives them that nice winning stimulation when they do.
