the truth is

he'll be there as long as he chooses to be, coz our incompetent board aren't going to want to do anything that might upset their cosy little lives or to actually make any kind of decision.

Even Bryan Hamilton was there until he chose to resign after all !!!!!!!!!

We need to replace the board - that will solve the problem - a new manager will follow immediately afterwards !
