He's always been like that

Tony Blair's "self-flagellation" strategy springs to mind - but that's unfair to ND. He's always been extraordinarily approachable to the ordinary fan, rare enough in people who run ?xxx million a year businesses, all the rarer in football. He was in the Barclay a few weeks back and has a habit of giving out his phone number and calling disgruntled fans. I've always been a Neil Doncaster fan.
