and makes every small (and often insignificant )positive into and ENORMOUS plus point. e.g a point we didn't deserve at Hull and 2 unconvincing performances against Brighton and Derby = a good little run (having not won in 2 months)

i am sick of him, his transfers, his tactics, poor man management, one dimensional motivation techniques and above all s**t style of football .

It was mentioned this week that he is a poor man's Ron Saunders. I think he's a poor man's Howard Wilkinson.
