Unfortunately you are right that is what they will listen to but

unfortunately they also know that people will not do it, particularly with season tickets having been sold out for the last few years. i am renewing as I do not want to lose out on going to the football which i have enjoyed doing for many years. I will however protest or complain when I think things are being mismanaged
