Unless and until a pan-european (or global) league takes over in terms of popularly with the tv/streaming/ pay-per-view fans, the PL will continue to rake it in relative to other domestic leagues.
Agree that there will come a point at which the tv money stops increasing (might there soon? Domestically we probably are).
But when the money does begin to dry up, to the point it affects PLclub finances, we will see it becoming ever more concentrated to the top clubs with even less trickle down. They will always put their own interests first. Wouldnt surprise me if we have a closed (no relegation) top league within the next few decades.
That might (assuming the PL and FA break ties over it) give non-PL clubs a crack at winning things like the FA Cup though, which we have no realistic prospect of winning otherwise. But whether any such 'glory' will be worth anything by then is moot.
