Watched first 51 episodes of Game Of Thrones since Christmas. Some questions for GOT-faces

Ravens;
1. How do they know where to go to deliver messages?
2. How f**king fast do they fly?

Khaleesi;
1. Where is all her luggage containing those couture outfits?
2. Who does her hair everyday?

The Wall;
1. Why build a 700ft ice wall and then put a tunnel through it when you've built lift up and down to the other side from the top?
2. Why wouldn't anyone just sail round it anyway, there's sea a both ends?

Sex;
1. Is there any episode where no one is fornicating, doesn't seem to be so far?

Very enjoyable though I must say.looking forward to finishing season 6 this weekend.
