That felt to me like a failure of the coach to motivate them for one final push. Instead, we thought we could survive the last 8-10 minutes by hacking the ball away. Derby emerged as if they'd been snorting cocaine - in fact I thought they should have been dope-tested. Assuming it wasn't that, well done Lampard.
Then the Brentford game, which seemed like a failure to get to grips with opposition tactics by a coach who has seemed really good in that regard this season. Coupled with fatigued players and the injuries, we were lucky to get the point.
