Why do you think he should remain in the job? Do you think he will bring us success next season? As many of us have said, its not even about "demanding" promotion, however, seeing the turgid sort of football we are having to currently put up with, see the youth system in such a bad state, witness our manager publicly chastise and drop the more skilful (and therefore "maverick") members of the squad whilst persevering, week in, week out, with players who simply run about a lot, isn't that a reason for wanting change? Are you saying thats all acceptable? or unavoidable? Or there is a reason for it that isn't bad management?
You've every right to your opinion, but I can't see the evidence or reasoning as to why he has got it, and why anyone thinks it will change for the better.
