A couple of points

1. If you believe in "continuity" why do you want us to continue with a manager who clearly doesn't? The single biggest criticism I have of the manager is that he has engaged in vast numbers of unnecessary transfers.
2. Why is it that no-one will answer the question? If you believe that Worthington must stay, what is it that makes his situation different to other great managers of the recent past? If you don't have an answer to that one, simple question then you don't really have an argument. (You are not alone in dodging this question - I have been asking it for 9 months or so and have yet to receive even one answer)
