Further thoughts re yesterday

So I just forced myself to watch the quest highlights. Still gutted

But I said last night about us bringing all players back for corners yet still conceding 2 yesterday and others this season

Having just seen it again seems a strong case not to bring Pukki back on basis he does more harm than good in his own box. Leave him up top the opposition will have to keep more men back

Tettey poor on 3rd goal and zimm on 4th. calamitous defending really.

It feels like each home game we have to win twice to get the 3 points. Yesterday our defending meant we needed to win it 3 times which not surprisingly was too much.

Need some big performances with fixtures coming up. Offensively we are great and seem to set up better away. Maybe yesterday’s kick up backside might work in our favour in the big tests to come. And even if we are out the top 2 after those but close most of the tough fixtures will be done early just as they were in the first half of the season
