I am shocking to see why Ben Godfrey was “dropped” by many Norwich City fans, but you need to know he was believed by a manager, which everyone of you said he’s doing a great job for us. Farke start him four in a row with Klose and Hanley both fit, there must be a reason, and I think yesterday I see it; after Pukki has numerous chances but fail to score, Ben Godfrey is second to have four attempts on goal, he’s a central defender but he know where to get the chances; he also had the pace which Klose, Zimmermann and Hanley do not have, at last minute of 90, he outpaced the striker to prevent they scored, is the key for our crazy comeback; the final assist he had, he intends to put a through ball, low, not for Klose but Henderdaz to get the final shot in, the quality of the passing is the best of 3 because he play as defensive midfield too. Finally, the perfect partnership of the central defence is one CB chasing their striker and another CB to recovery, that’s why Farke will consider Ben Godfrey to partner Hanley, Klose or Zimmermann.
