Do it!

I went vegan about 2 years ago and have never felt better.

Try is for a month to really see the benefits (weight loss, more energy etc.) and then re-assess is my advice.

One data point - I do triathlons and have taken a ton of time off my races since I made the switch, qualifying for the US national championships this August (which seemed impossible 2 years ago).
