The only vitamin you can get from a plant based diet is b12, So i would sugggest buying that as a supplement.
Also I find i was hungry more often so making big salads to have in the fridge is useful to keep from snacking on junk.
Anyway hope you give it a go, i would say it only takea a couple of weeks for your tastes to change and stop missing meat. So dont be too harsh on yourself if you slip up early on.
