Could of just said "the t**ts" will invest more in security?

You have the technology to disrupt/disable drones in mid air. The only reason they didn't use it was because they wanted to capture the operator. Something they could easily do by taking the serial number of the drone and phoning the manufacturer for details of buyer.

Drones are not cheap. Pretty sure if you disabled two or more the offender with would think twice considering the financial loss
