Also re the youth team

A guy was there who has worked on a voluntary basis for the club for a number of years scouting the kids leagues in the area. He has now quit his post purely because of the instructions given to these scouts from the manager.
All instructions regarding youth come directly from Nigel and he "only wants to see tall athletic boys, with slim thigs and no fat backsides" That is the exact instructions given to these guys.
As a result the scouts have quit in drovews from sheer disillusionment (spelling?!) with these instructions.
