just back from st Andrews Hall

Really glad i went. We can honestly now say we are NOT a tiny minority.
Turn out of 514 of which only 4 voted to keep the manager, with 3 abstaining.
The bigest thing for me was the cross section. You look around the hall at those there and they are people of all ages from every walk of life. The club and board can no longer imply that its only young fans, who hide on the net that want to change tha manager. We had speakers tonight ranging from 10 years old to their late 70's and the vast majority put their points accross sensibly, calm and in a constructive manner.

There is a real groundswell for change now, and the board if fast losing it's relationsip with the fans.

Saturdays protest was well plugged and I believe will recieve good support.

No plan to move forward was agreed unfortunatly, which I'm sure will please Rick and will be well spun next week. The meeting was however calm, controlled and very intelligent which goes against what he implied in his colum this week.

I'm so glad I went as i now know I am not in the minority, and the deep dears I have are shared by others.
