They switched my leccy account successfully, but switched my neighbours gas account. I told them about it and it took them 15 months to address, and during all of that time i kept paying them and my old supplier (with the old account on a massive default rate).
Had to take them to the ombudsman in the end to get compensation and £80 for the grief.
For extra lols, courtesy of extraenergy, they then didn't have the customer service staff to actually make the payment ordered by the ombudsman, so i had to take them to the ombudsman again to complain! Countless hours later, i did eventually get paid what i was owed, plus the £80, plus another £50.
They recently went out of business. Can't think why.
