Not suggesting it hasn't happened before

But at the moment, you can't argue with the fact that Sky have been dictating the shape of Grand Tours where they send their strongest team - the TdF in particular. I don't see any other team being capable or wanting to step into that role - so I think the nature of those races will change, yes. At least for now.
