Etc. Satay, Nasi goreng etc. A lot of pork,
Eggand tofu. Hard to explain really. Very much different from Indian, and from Thai. You tend to have many small dishes rather than one big one. I just a a “rice table” which is an assortment of about 12 different small dishes and two types of rice.

Is very common here. It’s a bit like “our” Indian, as I’m the best Indonesian food outside Indonesia is in the Netherlands. For that reason I tend to leave it a while before binging.
