Me too and its a pain in the ****. Normally they are pretty good....

....but at present I can't do anything on the mobile. No calls / texts ...nothing. Luckily my pc line is via another provider (and I have a BT landline as well. I was thinking of getting rid of that but now I'm not so sure I will. Might cost a little but it's an important back up.
