This is for the withdrawal agreement - that negotiation is finished

The EU have a s**t ton of their own legal advice, they don't need access to the UK's and the EU are happy to publish all their own documents and have been doing so all along. If only the likes of Davis had thought to read them they might not have pissed away 2 years
