with his background. Just wants to cause trouble by whatever means.

Everyone is assuming the government doesn't want to publish the legal advice because they are hiding something but I suspect it probably contains advice from the AG in respect of which elements of the withdrawal agreement are enforceable, which may not be and which obligations can be got out of (in particular the backstop safeguards you and I have discussed before) and that if it is published in full the EU may very quickly look to close down any perceived loopholes.
