nut. I mean, it wasn't unpleasant, but I think you want your satay to have at least a passing acquaintance with the peanut as a concept. To be at least peanut-adjacent is a minimum, I think. When you draw up the Key Performance Indicators of a satay sauce, you want to see some peanut action in and around the pertinent areas. In my opinion anyway.
