i need 80k would my vote get 80k do you think?

there's an island for sale, well sort of an island, it's a headland surrounded on two sides by a river total plot of 1.46 acres woodland and scrub. i would buy it tomorrow but the CO has vetoed it on the grounds that i'm out of my f**king mind apparently. she's a very good judge of character so i didn't argue.
