Stifle? Hardly. Only responding like for like with Bertie's glib comments. For example (which you fail to highlight BTW...)

Your right to disagree and put forward your point of view. Your right to stand the midle ground of you like, weighing up all sides of the argument. However, there's absolutely no need for the sanctimonious, patronising tone you often adopt on here.
